Tirtan is a sports technology platform built in Egypt. We connect amateur athletes to opportunity: players book padel courts, football pitches, tennis courts, e-gaming centers, and academy programs; camera-enabled courts record their sessions; and our computer-vision pipeline turns gameplay into verified performance data that scouts and clubs can search.

Tirtan operates this website, the Tirtan mobile app, and the platforms used by venue owners, academies, and scouts. For anything about this policy, reach us at partners@tirtan.ai or through our contact page.

We collect what we need to run the platform — nothing more:

• Account details — your phone number (you sign in with one-time codes), your name, and optional profile details such as age, position, area, and a profile photo.
• Bookings — the venue, court, date and time, and game mode for each booking you make.
• Session recordings — when you book a court with recording enabled, court cameras capture video of your session. Our computer-vision pipeline processes that footage into performance data: movement heatmaps, stroke statistics, and highlight clips.
• Academy enrollment details — where you enroll in an academy program: age, gender, area, training goal, and a photo.
• Device and technical data — standard app telemetry and crash logs that help us keep the app stable.

Your data powers the product you signed up for:

• Operating bookings — confirming slots and managing schedules with venues.
• Generating your performance profile and post-game reports.
• Making players discoverable by scouts and clubs — where your plan and settings enable discovery.
• Service communication — booking confirmations and session reports.
• Improving our computer-vision models using recorded gameplay, so your stats get more accurate over time.

Sessions are recorded only on camera-enabled courts, and only when the booking includes recording. If you join a recorded session, you are captured as part of gameplay — that is what turns your match into proof. If you would rather not be recorded, choose a booking without recording.

We share data only where the product requires it:

• Venue owners see the bookings made at their venues.
• Scouts and clubs see player profiles through the platform's discovery features.
• Service providers that host our infrastructure — cloud hosting, media storage, and the messaging providers that deliver your login codes.

We do not sell your personal data. Ever.

Your data lives on cloud infrastructure, with media stored in EU-region object storage. Recordings and clips are served through expiring signed links, and access controls limit who sees what.

We keep account data while your account is active, and we retain recordings and analytics so your profile history stays intact. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

You can access, correct, or delete your data — contact us through the contact page or at partners@tirtan.ai and we will handle it. One thing to know: deleting your account removes your profile from scout discovery. Your history is your proof, and it goes with you.

Tirtan is intended for users aged 13 and over. Academy enrollments for minors are handled through the academy, with a parent or guardian involved.

We will update this page when the policy changes. If a change is material, we will announce it in the app.

This policy is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
